In addition to resolutions and decisions made by our Membership and Board of Directors, the governance of the Little Bear Homeowners Association, Inc. (LBHOA) is established by the Governing Documents listed below, as may be amended or revised from time to time.

ATTENTION REALTORS, PROSPECTIVE BUYERS, CURRENT MEMBERS OF LBHOA: All property within LBHOA is subject to mandatory Covenants.  Homes and other structures are subject to pre-approval by our Architectural Control Committee and there are restrictions on land use meant to preserve the character of our neighborhood and scenic beauty of our landscape. Please review carefully our Covenants, especially those Articles dealing with Architectural Control and Land Use Restrictions, before you decide to purchase property here or to alter an existing home or land use.
